Description
The Leadership for New Managers course, patterned after the Global Leadership and Values course offered at the IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, aims to help newly promoted managers and functional department heads the essential elements of leadership through the case study method. Using the case method, the following critical challenges will be addressed: communication, motivation, trust and commitment.
