Description

There is a need for managers to understand the financial aspects of analyze financial statements through the use of ratios, understand capital budgeting processes, and funds flow statements, and gain confidence in planning and forecasting finances.

At the end of the workshop, participants are expected to know how to:

• gain familiarity with the nature and scope of financial management
• learn to analyze basic financial statements through the computation of ratios
• obtain an overview of working capital management and the capital budgeting process
• attain greater understanding of the funds fow statement
