Description
The Basic Supervision: The Key to Greater Productivity in the Workplace seminar looks at supervision as the most important key element that brings about productivity in the workplace. Skills are never enough to become a good supervisor. One must also have the right attitudes that will help someone continuously practice these skills in a proper and upright manner in the workplace.
This 2-day seminar will define what productivity is all about and will highlight the connection between productivity and supervision.
