Description

At the end of the Advanced Supervision: Advancing the Human Side of Management course, the participants will be able to practice a management style that will engage the hearts and minds of their direct reports in order to achieve business results.

During the sessions the participants will have an opportunity to:

1. Understand how their personal values impact their own leadership style;
2. Learn how to communicate with their direct reports in a manner that engages them affectively and cognitively; and
3. Apply techniques on how to influence and motivate their direct reports to achieve business results.
